Most small business run Windows at the moment, but we have several years experience of other operating systems if you require help.

What happens when we have a urgent problem
Firstly we work very hard to make sure you DON’T have urgent problems. When they happen we have a standard process
You email/phone the helpdesk
Your call is logged
An engineer is assigned right away
They will fix or escalate the problem
We keep you informed
Once the problem is resolved we work out what we can do differently to eliminate this problem from reoccurring
(We believe that you should do it right the first time)

How do I know we are getting value for money?
We regularly review our agreements and carefully monitor how many requests your company makes.

What if I need short term cover?
We can provide an engineer for a few days or weeks to keep your IT covered. In addition we are regularly asked to help with projects too big for an internal IT team to handle

What if nobody is available?
We have a simple process which means that urgent calls always take priority. It’s unusual but occasionally we will delay a minor fix to make sure all our customers can keep working

Whets wrong with a £99 dell server
In truth there’s no such thing as a £99 server it’s a basic pc – we always over specify hardware as it’s the cheapest part of your IT system (your staff wages are the most expensive)
Don’t be fooled into thinking that inexpensive hardware will save you money – we are a HP and Dell reseller and only provide tried and tested equipment to our customers.

I’m not having any IT problems why should I call you
We get called into businesses that have lost everything – they have no backup and cannot continue trading – essentially they no longer have a business. We can’t help you once you get to this stage.
