ACQUISITION STRATEGY

Many businesses are not looking to change their systems or setups, we can provide ongoing support for your existing system, however you should understand that a poorly designed and maintained system will cost more in terms of system unavailability, staff frustration and increase issue resolution times. We will insist on systems being backed up.

Cost £100 per hour or from £40 per computer per month

IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY

If your system requires upgrading or replacing:

• We will provide an implementation plan, engineers to carry out the work and basic training on the new system
• We will provide information on the best software and hardware for your business
• Once the system is configured to GoodChoice. IT’s high standards we can provided a very low cost ongoing support agreement

Costs

• Equipment acquisition and access to our supplier inventory 1%
• Server setup and base install £750
• Configuration of each desktop/laptop £ 50
• Advanced configuration and ½ days post installation support £ 600
• Ongoing support from £30 per pc and £60 per server (Prices exclude VAT)
